Discovery proposal

Project's Definition

This initial phase refers to the process of clearly establishing the project's goals, vision, scope and requirements. It sets the foundation for the rest of the sprint and provides a shared understanding among team members and stakeholders about what the product is.

Planning & Estimation

The first step is making sure that the project team and the stakeholders agree on goals and timeline. This may involve creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria. Ultimately, the important thing is having a solid, actionable plan to follow as development begins.

Space Proposal

Once the team has completed all the necessary research and analysis to determine the best approach, we will prepare a proposal that includes product definition, flow chart, architecture diagram, and the roadmap to guide the project's development.

Engineering stage

Kick-off & Execution

Project roadmap done, we finish assembling the team, assign roles and responsibilities, and establish communication protocols. This phase also involves setting up the infrastructure, including project management tools. Then, we execute!

Performance & Following

Critical to the success of any project is monitoring its development. In this phase, the project manager and members of the team measure everything against key performance indicators (KPIs) and proposed milestones to ensure that progress is kept on track, enabling the detection of potential issues and risks early on.
